It was without hesitation that this year’s ATOM QLD executive decided to not only award Helen Yeates with a Lifetime Achievement Award but also introduce the Excellence in Media Education Award in her name. On the afternoon of Friday 3rd November, among special guests including, former and current ATOM QLD executive members, Conference delegates, academics, Industry representatives, peers and colleagues we acknowledged Helen’s contribution to Media Education and the Industry.
