Join us for the ATOM QLD State Conference 2025: Framing the Future.

This dynamic two-day professional development event is for educators, media professionals, and creative industry leaders passionate about media arts, screen education, and emerging technologies.

🗓️ Dates: Friday 30 May – Saturday 31 May 2025
📍 Location: University of Southern Queensland, Springfield

This year’s conference will explore how educators can empower the next generation of storytellers, critical thinkers, and media makers in an evolving media landscape. From AI and digital ethics to classroom innovation and film craft, our curated program brings together leading voices from education, screen industries, and beyond.

Friday’s program will occur online.

Saturday’s program will occur face-to-face at USQ.

To officially open the conference and celebrate the Helen Yeates Awards for Excellence in Media Education, on Friday evening at USQ there will be a face-to-face industry keynote and networking event that all conference ticket holders are invited to attend.
